| Mô tả công việc |
• Develop concepts for and design all collateral materials, including direct mail, ads, postcards, newsletters, flyers, invitations, vouchers and coupons as needed.
• Coordinate e-Newsletter, including design and distribution.
• Manage printers to ensure brand and budget is maintained.
• Manage and maintain graphic files, including logos, photos and art, as well as sponsor logos and photos.
• Assist Marketing team with brainstorming, marketing and advertising strategies.
• Assist with special events set up and breakdown as needed.
• Meet all deadlines set by the Marketing Manager.
• Other duties such as paperwork, office arrangements, delivering… as assigned. |

Education:
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic design/marketing/advertising/A rt, or other related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years experience in graphic design/marketing/advertising.
• Experience in real estate is an advantage;
• Experience with web site design and updates is an advantage
• Experience quoting and managing print jobs, as well as working with printers
• General marketing experience
Knowledge:
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign and experience with Microsoft Office. Macromedia Dreamweaver is a plus, but not required.
• Fluent English.
Skills:
• Organization skill and detail-oriented.
• Writing and editing skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Ability to meet tight deadlines |
